FULL PAYMENT PLAYERS FEES - Use this choice to pay your child's full payment fee of $325 before November 4, 2011.
PARTIAL FULL PAYMENT PLAYERS FEES - Use this choice to pay half of your child's Full Payment of $325. When you use this option, you will receive an invoice for the other half of your child's fees. The balance is due no later than November 4, 2011.
SCHOLARSHIP FUND - This is a purely voluntary choice on your part. Your donation will go to help players with their fees who have legitimate financial hardships.
